Hiring for One of our Client who is largest in Gear Industry having Global Power Transmission Business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Excellence Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Excellence strategy aligned with the organizations vision, mission, and goals.
  • Implement and sustain globally recognized frameworks EFQM model for organizational excellence.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that enhance operational and financial performance.
  • Lead benchmarking initiatives to adopt industry best practices and continuously raise performance standards.

2. Lean and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead cross-functional value stream mapping exercises to identify waste and optimize end-to-end processes.
  • Oversee the deployment of tools like Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, SMED, Standard Work, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Champion the use of Six Sigma techniques for data-driven problem solving, defect reduction, and process control.
  • Mentor and coach teams to achieve Lean concepts and implement in activities.

3. Performance Measurement and Improvement

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of Business Excellence initiatives and Lean projects.
  • Drive data analytics and reporting to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure projects are delivering measurable value in terms of cost savings, quality improvements, cycle time reductions, and customer satisfaction.

4. Cultural Transformation and Leadership Development

  • Foster a culture of excellence by embedding Lean thinking, continuous improvement, and customer focus into the organizations DNA.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build organizational capability in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Act as a change agent to influence and drive adoption of improvement initiatives across all levels of the organization.

5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Required Profile :

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management in related field (Masters degree preferred).

Certifications

20+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or business process improvement roles.

• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide Lean transformations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in heavy industry / gear industry or related industries.

Hands-on expertise in Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to deliver tangible results.
