Job Description

DevOps Trainer – Chennai (On‑Site, Full‑Time, Permanent)

Overview:
Seeking a DevOps Trainer with 3+ years of hands‑on experience to design and deliver high-impact training programs for students, professionals, and corporate clients. Responsible for content creation, session delivery, participant assessment, and mentorship toward practical skills and certification readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead instructor-led training on CI/CD, containers, cloud platforms, IaC, configuration management, and monitoring
  • Develop and refine course materials: slide decks, labs, hands-on projects, and assessments
  • Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions
  • Align training with current industry trends and organizational objectives
  • Mentor learners on real-world projects and support certification preparation

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in DevOps with experience in training, mentoring, or coaching
  • Proficiency with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Shell) and excellent communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator
