Job Description: 2 to 5 years’ experience

1. DevOps Solutioning: Design, develop, and implement DevOps solutions
2. Automation: Automation initiatives to streamline deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration processes.
3. Team Guidance: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps team members
4. Customer and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholder to understand their requirements and provide DevOps solutions
5. Toolset Expertise: Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools and technologies, evaluate their applicability, and recommend their adoption when appropriate. Familiarity with:
6. Source Code Management (SCM) tools (e.g., Gitlab CI (preferable), Git, Bitbucket)
7. Continuous Integration (CI) tools (e.g., Gitlab CI (preferable), Jenkins, Travis CI)
8. Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift)
9. Code quality and Security – SonarQube, Fortify, Burp
10. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
11. Scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
12. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
13. Fully Automated DevOps Pipeline: Set up and maintain a fully automated DevOps pipeline, ensuring seamless code integration, testing, and deployment.
14. Release Management: Manage and oversee multiple release management processes, ensuring smooth and coordinated software releases.
15. Security and Compliance: Ensure that DevOps practices align with security and compliance standards, making data protection and regulatory requirements a top priority.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in DevOps solutioning, automation, and expertise in the mentioned tools and technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in guiding and mentoring DevOps team members.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices and industry standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) a plus.
