DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 5 years of professional experience and strong expertise in AWS DevOps services and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks to ensure seamless software delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for cloud security, networking, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Drive adoption of DevOps culture, tools, and practices across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, IAM, VPC).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodePipeline).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Understanding of networking, security, and cloud cost management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
