Job Description: DevOps Engineer (1–2 Years of Experience)Location: In-Office, HyderabadType: Full-Time

About Us

We are a fast-growing SaaS startup building Conversational AI chatbots. We're looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, scalability, and working in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated deployments.
Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and high availability.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Deploy and monitor containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Set up robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of infrastructure with applications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
1–2 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with startup or fast-paced project environments is a plus.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Strong knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
Familiarity with system monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Knowledge of microservices architecture and deployment strategies.
Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of frontend and backend technologies like React.js, Node.js, or Python to facilitate collaboration with developers.
Previous experience in AI/ML workflows or conversational AI systems.
Experience with cloud cost optimisation and security best practices.
