You’ll be working in a small but ambitious team, shaping the foundation of Nerdience’s technical identity. Your voice, ideas, and work will be visible, valued, and crucial to the company’s future.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines that are reliable, fast, and maintainable.
• Manage infrastructure using code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Implement observability: logging, monitoring, metrics, tracing.
• Work closely with developers to make deployment and scaling straightforward.
• Automate tooling, workflows, and repetitive tasks to minimize toil.
