Job Purpose/ Summary

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for managing the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application, hence, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Devloper_IT_MERN Fullstack_SSCAs a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for managing the development of all server-side logic using Node , ExpressJs framework , MongoDb and ReactJs ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application, hence, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Principal Accountabilities

Develop and maintain frontend website architecture and development using ReactJs ensuring seamless user interactions on web pagesbr Design and implement backend website applications using NodeJs and the ExpressJs framework creating robust servers and databases with MongoDB for enhanced functionalitybr Ensure crossplatform optimization for mobile devices and maintain the responsiveness of applications across various platformsbr Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance web design features ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing user experiencebr Oversee projects from conception to completion designing and developing APIs to meet both technical and consumer needsbr Stay informed about the latest advancements in web applications and programming languages applying this knowledge to improve existing software programs and applicationsbr Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements developing intuitive software that exceeds company expectationsbr Maintain and update software regularly to address customer and company concerns ensuring data protection and security against potential breachesbr Lead the debugging and troubleshooting of system errors ensuring the production of highquality softwarebr Work closely with frontend and backend developers to address programming and coding issues providing technical guidance and coaching to enhance team performancebr Understand stakeholder needs and effectively communicate these to developers ensuring alignment with project goals and objectivesbr Demonstrate strong knowledge of the MERN stack applying this expertise to deliver innovative and efficient software solutions
