Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Treebo Hospitality Ventures, you will play a crucial role in driving expansion on the ground. Your main responsibility will be to identify the best properties in your assigned micro-market and increase the portfolio size. This role requires extensive field travel, where you will need to engage with multiple property owners and secure sign-ups to grow the business. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, launch, and scale up the supply of hotels in the assigned region and cities - Close end-to-end franchise deals with hotel partners, from building the funnel to negotiating competitive commercials and finalizing agreements - Develop a market entry strategy and plan property launches across cities in the cluster - Identify areas of high demand in the region and develop relevant supply for growth - Take complete responsibility and ownership of meeting the launch targets for the cluster - Build the brand by creating and executing local marketing strategies to drive user adoption and brand penetration Qualifications Required: - Understanding of Commercial Real Estate business and experience in deal closures at hospitality consulting organizations or real estate companies - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - 3-6 years of relevant industry experience preferred - Strong presentation and communication skills - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and number crunching for negotiations - Proven negotiation skills with a track record of deal-making - Data-driven approach to pitching and supply building - Energetic, self-starter with agility and flexibility - Willingness to travel extensively across the country in a fast-paced startup environment,
