As an individual contributor in this role based out of Kolkata, you will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling up the supply of hotels in the assigned regions and cities. Your key responsibilities will include closing end-to-end franchisee deals with hotel partners, developing market entry strategies, planning property launches, identifying areas of good demand, and creating relevant supply for growth. You will have complete ownership of the launch targets for the cluster, focusing on brand building through local marketing strategies to encourage user adoption and increase brand penetration. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the Commercial Real Estate business and experience in deal closures within hospitality consulting organizations or real estate companies. Your interpersonal and relationship building skills will be crucial as you navigate negotiations and build strong partnerships. Excellent presentation and communication skills, along with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for number-driven negotiations, are essential. A proven track record in negotiation, a data-driven approach to pitching and supply building, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment are also required. You should be energetic, self-motivated, agile, and flexible, willing to travel extensively across the country.
