Development Manager

Your responsibilities will include identifying top properties in your micro-market and growing the portfolio size. This role will require extensive travel, hustling to meet property owners, and securing sign-ups. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategies to expand the supply of hotels in the assigned region and cities. - Close franchise deals with hotel partners, from building a funnel to finalizing agreements at competitive rates. - Create market entry strategies and plan property launches in the cluster of cities. - Identify areas of high demand and develop relevant supply for growth. - Take complete ownership of meeting launch targets for the cluster. - Build the brand through local marketing strategies to drive user adoption and brand penetration. **Qualifications Required:** - Understanding of Commercial Real Estate business and experience in deal closures in hospitality consulting or real estate. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - 3-6 years of experience in the relevant industry. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for number-driven negotiations. - Proven negotiation skills with a track record of deal closures. - Data-driven approach to pitching and supply building. - Energetic, self-starter, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment. - Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
