Position Title: Development Editor\/ Learning Designer

Designation: Senior Executive

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities

1. Collaborating with inhouse authors (Faculties), subject matter experts, and the content team to develop, edit, and structure educational\/published content (books, e-learning modules, courses, etc.).

2. Designing instructional materials aligned with learning objectives or publication standards.

3. Reviewing and improving content for clarity, engagement, and pedagogical effectiveness.

4. Using tools like Adobe InDesign, Articulate Storyline, Canva, or LMS platforms to create visually appealing content.

5. Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, editorial standards, and curriculum goals.

6. Managing timelines and revisions for content development projects.Experience

1. 3 4 years of experience as a Development Editor, Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, or in a publication house (educational\/content-focused roles).

2. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

3. Familiarity with content development tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, LMS platforms).
