Looking for a highly skilled React Developer (5+ years) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building responsive, high-performance web applications that deliver seamless user experiences for clients digital platforms -- including customer portals, internal tools, and data visualization applications. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js (if applicable). - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Integrate APIs and backend services, ensuring data consistency and optimal performance. - Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers. - Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Ensure the security, accessibility, and scalability of front-end applications. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. - Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications - 3-6 years of experience in front-end development using React.js. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. - Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux, MobX, or Recoil. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API integration. - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code versioning best practices. - Understanding of modern UI design principles and ability to implement pixel-perfect designs. - Exposure to Azure or AWS environments is a plus. - Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or Node.js. - Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of enterprise application integration within ecosystems like Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow. - Prior experience working with large-scale enterprise or logistics applications is an advantage.
