Developer Experience Engineer

You will join the Broadridge team to help empower developers and enhance the developer-centric culture within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Cultivating a developer-friendly culture emphasizing continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. - Streamlining development workflows, implementing best practices, and removing bottlenecks to optimize the developer's journey. - Evaluating, selecting, and managing tools, frameworks, and infrastructure to empower developers efficiently. - Implementing training programs, mentorship initiatives, and knowledge-sharing platforms to upskill developers. - Advocating for developers" needs and ensuring a developer-centric approach across the organization. - Establishing mechanisms for continuous feedback collection from developers to drive continuous improvement. - Fostering a sense of community among developers through various initiatives promoting knowledge-sharing. - Defining key performance indicators and metrics to measure developer satisfaction, productivity, and engagement. - Leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity across the software development lifecycle. - Managing relationships with external vendors, tool providers, and service partners to align with developer experience objectives. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to stay innovative and competitive. - Ensuring Broadridge Enterprise Platforms are fit for purpose and easy to use/adopt. - Building, developing, and maintaining an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) for software engineering community. - Establishing an operating model and framework for an inner-sourcing model around Broadridge Enterprise Platforms.
