Building Developer-Centric Culture: Cultivate a developer-friendly culture that emphasizes continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Improving Development Processes: Streamline development workflows, implement best practices, and remove bottlenecks to optimize the developers journey from code creation to deployment.
Tools and Infrastructure Management: Evaluate, select, and manage tools, frameworks, and infrastructure that empower developers to build, test, and deploy software efficiently.
Training and Development: Implement training programs, mentorship initiatives, and knowledge-sharing platforms to upskill developers and foster career growth.
Developer Advocacy: Advocate for developers needs and represent their interests in decision-making processes to ensure a developer-centric approach across the organization.
Continuous Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for continuous feedback collection from developers to identify pain points, gather insights, and drive continuous improvement in developer experience.
Community Building: Foster a sense of community among developers through meetups, hackathons, tech talks, and other initiatives that promote knowledge-sharing and networking.

Internal Developer Platform (IDP): Build, develop and maintain an IDP to ensure that tools, processes, standards, patterns and practices are discoverable and available for our software engineering community.
Inner-Sourcing: Establish an operating model and framework for an inner-sourcing model around Broadridge Enterprise Platforms.
