Responsibilities The IBM CIO Technology Platform Transformation team is at the forefront of modernizing and optimizing IBMs technology infrastructure and platforms. This role is a general position typically performing a variety of technical services including installing, operating, planning and configuring complex client information systems, products or networking systems/components. Key Responsibilities: Drive the integration and adoption of advanced technologies to optimize and automate business functions with an AI-first and user-centric digital approach. Build and implement best-in-class IT solutions with robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance. Transform legacy systems and integrate disparate applications to improve interoperability, reduce technical debt, and enable seamless operations. Partner with internal departments to align technology initiatives with overarching corporate goals. Serve as a thought leader by offering insights into technology trends, best practices, and industry standards. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in roles such as Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar positions. Strong understanding of monitoring solutions and familiarity with incident management tools and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
