Job Summary:

A Destination Specialist is responsible for creating, promoting, and selling tailor-made travel experiences for specific regions or countries. You will be the go-to expert on destinations, helping clients plan memorable trips by offering in-depth knowledge, practical guidance, and seamless coordination.

✈Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the in-house expert for designated destinations (e.g., Europe, Southeast Asia, UAE, etc.)
• Build customized itineraries based on client preferences, travel trends, and seasonal highlights
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and expectations
• Handle queries related to hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and visas
• Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), suppliers, and vendors to source best rates and offers
• Ensure all packages meet quality and service standards
• Keep up to date with the latest travel advisories, visa regulations, and local events
• Support the marketing team with destination content and package ideas
• Assist in pre- and post-sale customer service, ensuring high satisfaction

✅ Key Requirements:

• Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably as a consultant or destination specialist
• Deep knowledge of specific travel destinations, routes, and tourism trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo) and travel CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Passion for travel and client satisfaction

Preferred Destinations of Expertise (any of the following):

• Europe (Italy, France, Switzerland, etc.)
• Southeast Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Vietnam)
• UAE, Maldives, Mauritius
• Domestic India (Kashmir, Himachal, Kerala, Northeast)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹148,903.83 - ₹600,000.00 per year
