With deep local expertise, strong supplier relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service, we design tailor-made journeys that create lasting memories. --- Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Destination Specialist who will be responsible for designing and operating customized European travel itineraries for our clients. You will work closely with our reservations and operations team to manage everything from itinerary planning and costing to final execution. --- Key Responsibilities Design bespoke travel itineraries across Europe for groups and FIT clients. Source and negotiate with suppliers including hotels, transport providers, guides, and local DMCs. Create competitive costing and quotes based on client requirements. Manage end-to-end booking operations and ensure timely confirmations. Provide destination expertise to support the sales team with presentations and proposals. Ensure all client requirements (dietary, mobility, special interests) are taken care of in itineraries. Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, local events, and regulatory changes. Manage communication with partners and suppliers across time zones. --- Requirements 2–5 years of experience in inbound or outbound travel operations. Strong knowledge of European destinations, geography, and travel logistics. Excellent itinerary planning and costing skills. Hands-on experience with hotel and supplier booking platforms or DMC systems. Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or travel software is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of Italian, French, or German is a bonus but not mandatory.
