We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and selling personalized travel experiences, handling inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing expert travel advice. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to travel inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
• Understand client preferences and budget to recommend suitable travel packages
• Sell travel services including flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, car rentals, and insurance
• Customize domestic and international itineraries based on client needs
• Use booking systems (e.g., GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to process reservations and issue tickets
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and bookings
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, restrictions, and visa requirements
• Handle customer service issues and rebookings with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of experience in travel sales, retail travel, or hospitality (preferred)
• Familiarity with GDS systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
• Passion for travel and cultural awareness
• High school diploma or equivalent (travel or tourism certification is a plus)
