Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our Shimla office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable packages.
  • Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and package details as per client needs.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to maximize conversions.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and activity partners for bookings.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, CRM entries, and follow-up records.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Assist in promotional activities, social media updates, and marketing campaigns whenever required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in travel sales, tour operations, or customer service (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of popular domestic destinations such as Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala, etc.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email drafting, and online research.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education

  • Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
