Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic Travel Sales Consultants with experience in selling Asian destinations like Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Bali, and Dubai . The ideal candidate should have 03 years of travel industry sales experience , strong communication skills, and the ability to independently convert leads into bookings and deliver monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end sales for international holiday packages (FIT & Group Departure). Manage lead to booking cycle : inquiry quotation follow-up closure post-sales support. Create customized itineraries for Asian destinations (especially Thailand). Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue. Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers professionally. Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and internal teams. Ensure timely follow-ups , strong customer relationship management, and high conversion ratio. Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and bookings in CRM. Be punctual, responsible , and a team player with a problem-solving mindset. Required Skills & Experience: 0–3 years of experience in travel sales (mandatory). Must have sold Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Bali, Dubai packages (high preference). Experience in Thailand group tours & FIT bookings is a big advantage. Strong communication in Kannada & English . Ability to work under monthly targets & deliver consistently.
