Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Desktop Support Specialist. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the efficient functioning of all desk top support operations. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, installing and configuring computer systems, and offering technical support to end-users.

Qualifications

• Experience with Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Printer Support experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in IT support or related field are a plus
• Familiarity with e-waste management principles is beneficial
