Role: Desktop Support L2

• Support Change and Release Processes
• Technical skills to set up test environments (e.g. VDI)
• Interface with business and IT teams to understand business requirements.
• Work with IT support teams (DBA, server teams) to ensure support and business requirements
• Execute shakedown tests and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet expectations
• Work with business team to complete acceptance testing
• Participate in production support/ duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage
• Provide Solution Delivery Methodology artefacts associated with application components.
• Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development

Key Competencies & Skills required:

• IT technical background
• Experience in components of software delivery with concentration in requirements.
• Quick starter to support troubleshooting/resolving incidents and business support items
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Prioritize Business Impact and Urgency
• Perform application support tasks like: systems support, software providing, security reviews, & maintenance tasks
• Testing experience, Release support, Defect resolution
• Be Technical Product Manager of SaaS-Tools as well as Software provider applications
• Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.
