Job Description

Infrastructure & Technology:

Provide technical support to branch users and perform troubleshooting on endpoint devices, software applications, servers and network
IT assets management such as Purchasing, Tracking, Maintenance, Replacement
Assists in implementing Global, Regional and Branch IS projects
Supports maintaining a branch disaster recovery plan and actively involves in the recovery efforts during crisis

Compliance

Responsible for 100% compliance with Expeditors IS Operational Process Standards at branch
Supports in conducting quarterly IS audits at branch and its satellite locations

Vendor Management:

Maintain and manage a list of approved IT vendors
Follow-up with vendors for IT procurement and resolving technical issues

Preferred Skills and Experience:

2-4 years of relevant work experience
Good knowledge in managing IT infrastructure
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to multi-task and support end user requests
Excellent communication and proactive customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
