Job Description

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive desktop and technical support to clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 7/10 - Configuring Lotus Notes / Outlook clients - Installing and managing antivirus & patch management systems - Handling basic networking tasks such as router & switch configuration - Providing on-site IT support as IT Executive - Setting up and configuring network printers - Supporting MS Office, web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox) - Working in an Active Directory / domain environment - Managing mobile devices and email configurations - Resolving issues through helpdesk ticketing systems - Performing Level 1 installation of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2019) Qualifications required for this role include: - 13 years of hands-on desktop/IT support experience - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and customer service abilities TVS Electronics offers a take-home salary of 22,000 - 23,000 per month along with other statutory benefits.
