Job Description – Desktop Support Engineer Company: Tek Inspirations LLC Location: C-26, Sector 1, East Rithani, Shatabdi Nagar, near Bhagwati Mata Mandir, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh – 250103 Position Type: Full-Time | On-site About the Role: We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues for end-users. Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person. Manage system upgrades, patches, and antivirus updates. Ensure proper functioning of LAN/WAN and internet connectivity. Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors/IT teams for advanced issues. Train and guide employees on basic IT usage and troubleshooting. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking basics. Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals. Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills.
