Job Description

Location : *Aminjikarai* *Key Responsibilities:* Provide Level 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues. Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows/macOS) and software applications. Manage user accounts and access permissions through Active Directory. Assist users with Microsoft Office, email (Outlook/Exchange/365), and other business applications. Respond to service requests and incidents via the IT helpdesk/ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). Setup and configure new workstations for employees. Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management. Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT support activities. Provide remote support using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (L2/L3 support).
