Role & responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Support users with software and hardware issues.
  • Handle basic network connectivity problems (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Ensure systems are updated with antivirus and security patches.
  • Assist in setting up user accounts and permissions in the banking system.
  • Log and track IT support requests through ticketing tools.
  • Coordinate with the IT team or vendors for unresolved issues.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.
  • Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • 13 years of experience in desktop or technical support.
