Position Overview:

The Desktop Support Engineer L2 will provide advanced technical support to end-users, handle complex desktop-related issues, and assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware and software .

What you ll do as the Desktop Support Eng ineer L2 :

• Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Windows Deployment Services (WDS) integrated with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
• Customize OS images as per requirements .
• Practical experience with antivirus solutions such as CrowdStrike and Windows Defender.
• Basic knowledge of scripting .
• Knowledge of network segmentation and networking concepts .
• Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools .
• Ensuring Information Security compliance for corporate and lab devices .
• Experience with ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management .

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology , or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support .
