Job Description

As an L2 technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues escalated from Level 1 support. - Supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems as needed. - Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights. - Performing software installations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance. - Ensuring enforcement of endpoint security policies, including antivirus and data protection tools. - Assisting in the setup and configuration of workstations for new employees. - Monitoring and maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation. - Providing support for video conferencing systems and remote users (VPN, RDP, etc.). - Collaborating with other IT teams for escalations, projects, and rollouts. - Ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution of support tickets. - Documenting technical procedures and maintaining knowledge base articles. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to work full-time in person at the designated work location.,
