Location: CBD Belapur

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer L2 to join our team in CBD Belapur. The successful candidate will possess a robust technical background and demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, managing, and supporting IT hardware and software environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware and Software Support:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and MacBooks.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance of operating systems and software applications.
  • Network and Connectivity:
  • Manage and troubleshoot access points and switches to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Resolve network connectivity issues promptly and effectively.
  • Audio-Video Conferencing Support:
  • Configure, maintain, and support audio-video conferencing systems.
  • Provide real-time technical support during meetings to address any technical challenges.
  • Maintenance and Monitoring:
  • Conduct regular inspections of IT equipment to ensure consistent and reliable operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • User Support and Training:
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, addressing technical inquiries and delivering training as needed.
  • Document common technical issues and their corresponding solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows, macOS, and other operating systems.
  • Proven proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, network devices, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with network configurations and device management (access points, switches).
  • Hands-on experience with audio-video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform well under pressure.
