What You Will Do:

  • Provide first and second-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripherals.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely communication on incident status and resolution.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows XP–10, Mac basics), Microsoft Office, enterprise antivirus, mobile devices, and other authorized applications.
Requirements

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; CompTIA A+, MCP, or equivalent certifications.
  • Minimum 18 months of hands-on IT support experience, including Windows OS, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, and enterprise antivirus solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet SLA requirements.
  • Knowledge of mobile device management (iOS/Android), network connectivity, and basic understanding of servers, audio/visual, smart devices, and telecoms.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills, with adaptability to work in a fast-changing, project-based environment, including off-hours support when needed.
