What You Will Do

  • Provide onsite and deskside technical support to end users by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office applications, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (iOS and Android) to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
  • Deliver hands-and-feet support for network and datacenter equipment, assisting with hardware installations, replacements, connectivity checks, and coordination with remote support teams to maintain optimal network and server performance.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and IT assets, including Active Directory administration (user creation, mailbox setup, and distribution lists), SCCM deployments, image builds, and support for remote access tools such as Bomgar, WebEx, and Windows native utilities.

Requirements

What You will need:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in deskside, onsite, or local IT support.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in desktop hardware, networking, printers, and mobile device (iOS/Android) support.
  • Experience providing hands-and-feet support for network and datacenter equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle VVIP users professionally.
