Job Description

Basic Understanding on BPO Dialer like Aspect, Convex, Genesis. Excellent knowledge in Desktop, laptop, Office applications, BYOD, printer, installation and configuration and Wi fi/Network troubleshooting Escalating unresolved problems as per the Escalation processes, through the Service Desk, keeping all relevant personnel in the communication loop. Configuration/ reconfiguration of client machines to ensure optimum performance and service availability to all users. Call logging & follow-up action with the principal Vendors (HP, Dell, and others) for warranty related incidents keeping helpdesk informed. Supporting users by providing a timely and clear indication of the nature of the problem, the estimated time of completion and possible work-around. Escalating unresolved problems as per the Escalation processes, through the Service Desk, keeping all relevant personnel in the communication loop. Arranging/ downloading from Internet and loading of drivers of peripherals, as & when need arises. Configuration/ reconfiguration of client machines to ensure optimum performance and service availability to all users. Client configuration of MS Outlook/ other email clients. Installing, reloading, reconfiguring of any desktop/ office automation software, E-mail clients, browsers, applications, clients of any application etc., as and when required. Re-establishing the network connectivity and application availability after any hardware/ software failure. In case of hard disk failure, the engineer should retrieve the data & transfer to the replaced disk. Ensuring latest version of antivirus software is loaded on all Pcs / Laptops & is active at all times. Ensuring process ISMS policy on process systems. Aware of Installation & troubleshooting of critical applications & their usage guidelines. Call logging & follow-up action with the principal Vendors Tata / Airtel, HP, Dell and others) for warranty related incidents keeping helpdesk informed. Operating Systems (OS) installation / re-installation, upgrades, and patches for desktops when necessary. Marinating day to day IT checklist liker Dialer, server, incident tracker, uptime tracker.   Requirements Preferred   1.      Under graduate (Communications / Electrical & Electronics / Computer Science/ Computer Application) 2.      With minimum 6 months of experience in working and managing BPO environment. 3.      Experience in Windows Desktop & troubleshooting network issues. 4.      Good understanding of Microsoft Windows10, Windows 7 . 5.      CCNA/Micro Soft/ITIL certifications preferred. 6.      Ability to interact efficiently with peers and customers is required; 7.      Ability to multitask effectively; 8.      Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing daily issues
