Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide email, remote, and in-person support to troubleshoot various technical problems
Install and configure computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment
Resolve issues with internet connectivity, printers, scanners, and other equipment
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose system failures and identify root causes
Escalate to a specialized team if unable to diagnose
Configure system settings, security tools, VPN access etc
Track inventory of computers, devices, peripherals, components, and software licenses
Manage asset labelling of each and every IT equipment
Diagnose by reviewing logs, running monitoring tools, and conducting testing to pinpoint issues
Provide support for engineering and Microsoft applications
