Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users by addressing issues related to desktop computers, printers, and other hardware components. Tasks include troubleshooting computer hardware, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that technical problems are resolved efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware. Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting. Experience with Printer Support and maintenance. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
