Title: Desktop Support Location : Hyderbad / Bangalore Duration : 6 months Contract 2-4 years of relevant experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Desktops, laptops, IT asset managment. Job Descriptions: SIdentifying hardware and software solutions. Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and repairing faults. Resolving network issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software. Speaking to end users to quickly get to the root of their problem Dealing with asset management life cycle from inception to e-waste.
