Desktop Support Analyst

As a Remote Desktop Support Analyst, your role will involve providing technical assistance to clients remotely, focusing primarily on troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with a specific preference for Mac systems. Your strong communication skills will be crucial in understanding and addressing the technical needs of our clients effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling support tickets that require onsite assistance - Responding to client support requests and contacting clients to determine the nature of the problem - Troubleshooting hardware and software issues - Installing and maintaining computer peripherals - Upgrading operating systems and software as needed - Addressing networking and connection issues - Advising on software and hardware upgrades - Providing basic training in computer operation and management In addition to the above responsibilities, incident management, change management, and problem management will be essential aspects of your role. You will also be required to provide support for SAP, Microsoft software, hardware, and networking. Knowledge of networks, AD, DNS, DHCP, and cloud backup will be necessary to effectively fulfill the requirements of this position.,
