As a Hardware and Software Support staff member, your primary responsibilities will include configuring, supporting, and managing PCs, providing front-line telephone technical support for hardware and software issues, coordinating IT problems with team members for resolution, and offering training and guidelines to all users. You should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, work independently, adapt to changing requirements, and possess knowledge and experience in MS Power BI, Macros, SharePoint, IT Service management tools, Service Now dashboards, Microsoft Software, and data extract/reporting software.
