Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Desktop PC Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of desktop computers, peripherals, and related accessories to corporate clients. This role requires a deep understanding of desktop PC specifications, components, and current market trends, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to identify their computing needs and recommend appropriate desktop PC solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various desktop PC models, brands, processors (Intel, AMD), graphics cards (NVIDIA, AMD), RAM, storage solutions (HDD, SSD), operating systems, and other relevant specifications. Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice and technical guidance to customers on desktop PC selection, configuration, and upgrades. Translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Quoting and Closing: Prepare accurate price quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively. After-Sales Support: Assist customers with initial product setup queries, troubleshoot minor issues, and guide them through warranty and service processes. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software or designated reporting tools. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other sales team members, technical support, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, specifically in desktop PCs, laptops, computer hardware. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of desktop PC components, specifications, and their impact on performance. Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely. Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers and providing outstanding service. Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and comfortable with general computer Operations. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
