· Jobs & Description
Ø Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, peripherals as required(Hardware / Software)
Ø Manage operating system deployments, upgrades, and patches.
Ø Troubleshoot network connectivity, printing, and application issues.
Ø Maintain and support Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and permissions.
Ø Ensure endpoint security through antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies.
Ø Collaborate with service desk, network, and security teams on IT initiatives
Ø Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Ø ERP handling and day-to-day ERP support
Ø System installation, configuration, and maintenance
Ø Data backup and basic security practices
