Job Description: Designer (Interiors & Creative) Company: Zenia & Chill (Hospitality & Design) Location: Mumbai (Hybrid – On-site & Online) Job Type: Full-time --- About Us Zenia & Chill are design-led hospitality and lifestyle brands creating unique experiences through serviced apartments, themed Airbnbs, villas, bistros, and event spaces. We are looking for a versatile Designer who can work across interior projects and digital/graphic design to bring our creative vision to life. --- Key Responsibilities Interior Design Assist in concept development, mood boards, and theme ideation for villas, apartments, bistros, and experience zones. Prepare layouts, 3D renders, and presentations for ongoing and upcoming projects. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for design execution. Support in material selection, furniture planning, and décor styling. Creative / Digital Design Design visuals for social media, brand identity, menus, and marketing collaterals. Create online content — posters, banners, presentations, mockups, and storyboards. Work with the marketing team to align design with brand voice and campaigns. Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, website, print, etc.). --- Requirements Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Graphic/Visual Design. 1–4 years of experience in interiors / creative design / hospitality design. Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp/3DS Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (any mix acceptable). Aesthetic sense with attention to detail and storytelling through design. Ability to balance practical execution (interior site work) and creative digital design. Strong communication and teamwork skills. --- What We Offer Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (depending on skills & experience).
