Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop uniform collections for schools, corporates and industrial clients.
• Research and analyze current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and competitor designs relevant to the uniform segment.
• Create detailed tech packs including mood boards, sketches, color palettes, fabric selections, and trims.
• Work closely with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Coordinate with clients or sales teams for customization and uniform branding needs.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and uniform selection processes.
• Ensure designs are practical, durable, and cost-effective, aligning with brand and client identity.
• Manage seasonal collections and maintain a ready catalog of uniform concepts.
• Source and develop new fabrics and trims in collaboration with vendors.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years

  of hands-on experience in designing

  uniform garments

  (school, corporate, industrial uniforms).
• Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction, costing, and functional design.
• Proficient in

  Adobe Illustrator

  ,

  Photoshop

  , and

  CorelDRAW

  for flat sketches and tech packs.
• Good knowledge of

  fabric sourcing

  , garment production, and finishing.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to timelines.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or Textile Design from a recognized institute.
• Experience in a reputed garment/textile company is preferred.
