Our mission is to empower micro-entrepreneurs while providing fresh, hand-picked produce to urban families. We combine the convenience of digital ordering with the traditional joy of selecting fresh fruits and vegetables, supporting local communities and ensuring quality and freshness.

Role Overview

We’re looking for passionate student designers who want to go beyond pixel pushing and contribute to a green revolution. As a Design Intern at CartLu, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team building real solutions for India’s scattered fruits and vegetables industry. This isn’t just an internship—it’s a chance to create impact, take ownership, and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging visuals for digital platforms (social media, website, app)
• Assist in UI/UX design for CartLu’s mobile and web interfaces
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity in HTML/CSS
• Contribute to branding elements that reflect CartLu’s grassroots ethos
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Take accountability for assigned tasks and deliver with ownership
  

What We’re Looking For

- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, etc.)- Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for frontend collaboration- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute meaningfully- Passion for sustainability, local empowerment, and social impact
