Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design jigs, fixtures, and custom tooling for machining, welding, assembly, or inspection. Analyse engineering drawings to develop tooling solutions that ensure accuracy, repeatability, and process efficiency. Create detailed 2D/3D CAD models and assembly drawings using CATIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software. Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) and documentation for all tooling projects. Collaborate with the fabrication and machining teams for prototype development and trials. Ensure tools meet all safety, ergonomic, and production requirements. Review and optimize existing fixtures for cost, reliability, and ease of use. Participate in design reviews and implement continuous improvement strategies Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience. Performance-linked incentives.
