This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer located in Chennai. Key tasks include designing graphics, layouts, and illustrations, collaborating with educators and marketers to ensure content effectiveness, and adhering to brand guidelines. The Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the academy's visual presence.

Qualifications

Experience in graphic design, illustration, and creating visual content
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong layout and typography skills
Ability to collaborate with educators and marketing teams
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetic
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Relevant experience in educational content creation is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
