Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Specialist, based in Indore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and refining graphic designs, conducting research to support design projects, and working on architectural and CAD-based design tasks. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to project deadlines to produce high-quality visual and technical outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics software tools
Strong Research skills to support design strategy and development
Experience in Architecture and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
Attention to detail and creativity in visual design
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with semiconductor or technology industries is an added advantage
Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
