Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, visuals, and layouts for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and maintain brand guidelines.
• Translate briefs into compelling designs that drive engagement and business impact.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives.
• Prepare final artwork and coordinate with external vendors (if applicable) for production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3–6 years) as a Designer, Visual Designer, or Design Specialist.
• Strong command over design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.) or Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent visual sense, typography, layout, and color skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
