Design Production Assistant

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Designer + Production Assistant to support our Apparel Design team in managing end-to-end product development workflows. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their design career to work hands-on across both creative design and production documentation. You'll collaborate with designers and vendors, organize materials and timelines, and ensure our apparel collections are built with precision and intent. • Assist in preparing tech packs, spec sheets, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for apparel products
• Create and adapt vector-based graphic designs and illustrations for placement on garments
• Communicate with sampling units and fabric/trim vendors to track samples and resolve issues
• Maintain internal trackers and help manage product development timelines
• Organize and update our material library, including sourcing local alternatives
• Support the team in documenting sample fittings and ensuring feedback is captured and followed through till approval
• Help prepare design layouts and assist with CLO 3D renders where applicable
• Stay on top of follow-ups, ensure files and data are clean and accessible, and lend support wherever required across the team

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, especially for vector artwork and garment graphics
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for organizing production data
• Basic knowledge of CLO 3D or a willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude to problem-solving
• Clear and concise communicator – both with internal teams and external vendors
• A curious, self-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Bonus: Prior experience working with factories, vendors, or sampling units

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Fashion Technology
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in apparel design, production, or graphic design for fashion
• Internship or project experience in apparel development or garment graphics is a plus
