As an experienced Design Engineer in R&D department, your role will involve overseeing mechanical design work for R&D projects. You should be proficient in FEA & other engineering simulations. It is crucial to manage your team effectively to maintain high morale and productivity. Collaboration with the purchase team is essential to identify suitable vendors for manufacturing. Your leadership will be key in managing a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers in developing industrial equipment, machinery, or systems. Driving innovation and continuous improvement in product design, performance, and manufacturability will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Ensuring that all designs meet relevant regulatory standards and internal quality requirements is a critical part of your role.
