1) Complete Product Development Cycle – leading power electronics products from concept to production
2) Product testing at national/international laboratories for quality compliance confirmations
3) Interaction with sales team and/or customers for understanding application requirements
4) Technical documentation, product analysis and testing
5) Facing quality system audits
6) Leading a team of engineers
1) Postgraduate/Graduate – electronics
2) Experience minimum 15-18 years in power electronics product design
3) Thorough understanding of power electronics principles including AC/DC conversion, switching converters, magnetics design, and gate driver circuits.
4) Knowledge of power switching devices like MOSFETs, IGBTs, and their selection based on application requirements.
5) Familiarity with high voltage electronics design for AC and DC units.
6) Experience with simulation tools for power electronics design
7) Awareness/knowledge of PCB designing, coral draw and AutoCAD
8) Comfortable and capable in leading a team of hardware, software and PCB layout engineers.
